Job description:

• build product roadmap, manage, and adapt to meet objectives/KPIs

  • Lead a team of product managers, engineers and designers to drive the full product life cycle, spanning ideation, design, implementation, testing, and iteration and ensure team meets execution goals • Assess market needs in collaboration with executive management and sales teams.  Design analytics capabilities and perform ongoing and ad-hoc analysis to assess product performance and extract new product insights.

• Continually seek qualitative customer feedback to guide product decisions; be the voice of the customer

Desired Qualifications:

 •Strong technology background with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or another quantitative field

• 5+ years of business experience in fintech, insurtech, banking ; 3+ years of software product experience

• Product domain expertise spanning the customer discovery, planning, and product development process; deep understanding of customer-centric product practices

 • Know how to leverage customer research and analytics to drive data backed product decisions.

 • Roll-up-the sleeves work ethic and “do-what-it takes” attitude to efficiently execute and drive for results in a fast-pace work environment

 • Proven ability to thrive in a results-driven, fast-pace work environment • Exceptional leadership skills; naturally collaborative with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We have an exciting 6 months contract to hire opportunity for a Websphere commerce JAVA developer with a multi-channel e-commerce company. Required Skills:
  • IBM Websphere Commerce experience
  • Experience with tagging the web analytics
  • Java development experience (Java EE, Jscript, JSON, Java Applets, SQL, HTML, CSS, Struts, Springs, Eclipse, JVM, JRE)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
  • Experience in coordinating efforts across DevOps teams which include support and deployments architecture.
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science preferred, will consider equivalent work experience
Desired Skills:

Responsible for problem solving, testing, training and documenting of custom applications. Develops, maintains and supports multiple custom applications. Provides a high quality, professional solution for every request. Required and Desired Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Information Services or related field and minimum five (5) to seven (7) years of experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience required. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills required. Good interpersonal skills and demonstrates a positive attitude.
