We have an exciting full time opportunity with a large corporation in the supply chain retail industry. This is a remote position for a Lead Software Engineer that will oversee a team of developers from a technical perspective. The candidate will have experience (7-10 years) in a couple of their platforms:

Java, Spring Boot, Elastic Search, Kafka, React, Angular. Must have excellent communication skills working with various stakeholders, collaborate with other software and support teams. 

Responsibilities…
Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and engineers
Consistently look for opportunities to develop Software Developers, sharing your expertise and lessons
Spend about 20% of your time coding so you can keep up to date on your technical skills
Leverage cutting-edge technologies and modern practices
Identify and communication technology problems and prepare remedies
Build and ship high-quality code at a rapid pace
Work with open source tools to build new technologies
Participate in design thinking activities to improve the user experience
