Application Software Engineers will work in the innovation team which has a start-up culture within this large Fortune 100 company.  You will be a lead within a fast paced product and R&D focused team  that designs, builds, tests and maintains scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet business needs.

As an Application Software Engineer Full Stack Java you will:

• Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom built technology solutions to meet business needs. Responsible for seeing a project out from conception to final product starting with rapid working prototypes and evolving to full solutions, leveraging human center design practices. 
• Contribute to the entire implementation process for new applications and enhancements to existing applications
• Meet with business partners to understand business needs
• Contribute to overall solution design
• Responsible for build and test of applications
• Conduct root cause analysis and complex performance tuning
• Working alongside UX/UI for web design features
• Developing functional databases, applications and servers to support our websites on the back-end
• Creating SQL and Database Schemas
• Designing and developing Micro-Services and APIs
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
